In the winter, it seems difficult to look cute, yet still be bundled, cozy, and kept warm. Whether you live in the freezing cold, or just have some mild winds - it's important to dress appropriately for whatever weather you will encounter that day or night. Even if your jacket is cute, it's a fun statement to be able to pair it with accessories that are fluffy, neutral, colorful, or even oversized to keep you looking chic, yet feeling toasty. I went through hats, earmuffs, headbands, gloves, scarves, and socks to pick out my favorites.

Head

Ugg Shearling Ear Muffs: Uggs are always a perfect winter staple whether you are just roaming around the house, or choose to walk out into the cold. That said, it's a good thing they make warm winter accessories to match their iconic line of boots. These shearling ear muffs are so cozy, cute, and can be worn with anything, being that they come in a neutral and black. These muffs are the perfect way to step out without ruining a fresh blowout, and still keeping warm on the ears.

Free People Flannel Trapper Hat
: This hat is a perfect way to step out in style. The flannel pattern, and fur lining makes a statement in any winter outfit. Not to mention, the colors add a deep flare to the accessory, and the item is lined all around your face to protect you from the wind and snow from all sides of your face.

Urban Outfitters Fluffy Faux Fur Bucket Hat
: A furry bucket hat is a cozy way to stay trendy. This hat can be the star of any outfit whether you're hitting the slopes, going to a hot girl walk, or just heading out for dinner. The pattern gives classy without giving too over the top. Pair this hat with a plain longsleeve and a cute pair of jeans, and it can be worn to perfection.

Princess Polly Woolfe Fluffy Hat Brown: Who knew Princess Polly carried such cute winter accessories? Similar to the trapper from Free People, this fluffy hat is everything. Not only will it keep your head warm, it gives old money in the best possible way, at an affordable price point. If you step out in this any day, heads are sure to turn. This gorgeous brown hat is not one to miss.

Anthropologie Unreal Fur Yeoman Bucket Hat: Adding another bucket hat to the list, because they are definitely on the up and up this season. This white lightweight, yet warm bucket hat is adorable for any fun winter trip, walking to work or class, and even just to wear to the grocery store because you feel like it. The unique structure, and white color will go so well with any cute outfit, and you can pair it with a jacket, scarf or just on its own.

Alo Cable Knit Beanie: This puff ball beanie is adorable, thick, and a great staple for any winter day. Also, lets face it - having the Alo logo on an accessory gives it that extra layer of being trendy, while keeping things affordable. The hat comes in grey or black, both perfect for any cold day to keep your head, and ears warm.

Anine Bing Elia Beanie: Again, who doesn't love a designer label at an affordable price. The Anine Bing monogramed beanie is the perfect way to show your personal style without making such a crazy statement. The way the logo is place on the hat and embroidered gives you that effortless clean girl and old money style. Anine Bing can do no wrong!

Hands

Cozy Ribbed Knit Convertible Gloves: These convertible gloves are at the top of my list for most-wanted winter accessories. This is the perfect staple glove coming in black, beige, and grey with the ability to turn your fingerless glove into a mitten if your fingertips are starting to freeze up. Let's face it - they will. Having an easy switch adds a whole level of convenience to your winter accessory game, while still looking super cute.

Apparis Ariel Gloves: What is cooler than a big fluffy fingerless glove - possibly nothing. These dark leopard gloves come in a huge variety of other colors and patterns to give you a "bear paw" look. The layers of thick and cozy fluffy will keep your hands toasty from the moment you step outside to the moment you return home. Not to mention, oversized fur is a trend we've been seeing everywhere - so these are a no brainer.

Love Me Monster Mild Winter Gloves: This white set of gloves are perfect for those of us who don't love an overbearing glove or mitten, but still want their hands to be kept warm. The light material, and strategic knit of the gloves give our hands some room to breathe without compromising how insulated they should be.

Molliolli Reversible Mitten: Although it's not stated why these mittens are reversible, these are too good to pass up. This furry set will complement any winter fit in the best way, as the star of the show or a noticeable winter accessory. The neutral color makes the overall look of the mitten stunning and classy, while your fingers are snug.

Quince Mongolian Cashmere Gloves: These gloves made with grade A cashmere are the perfect winter staple, made with a nice material, and putting forth a sleek look. Not to mention, these gloves are tech friendly, by coming with sewn in tech fingertips on the index and thumb of both gloves so you can keep those gloves on if you want to scroll or send a text without your fingers freezing.

Alo Performance Fleece Tech Glove: These new steel grey gloves are the perfect gloves for any runner, or walker who can't resist getting their steps in during the cold weather. The color is chic and the branding gives the gloves such an on-trend look. Not to mention the insulated yet lightweight material is perfectly comfortable, even if you'd rather hop in an uber than walk.

Everything Else

UGG Classic Ultra Mini Platform Boot: Even though these are a shoe, having a pair of uggs makes for a perfect winter accessory that doubles as a boot. The classic chestnut, coupled with the platform, makes this a perfect addition to any outfit whether it's a pair of sweats, jeans, or even on your way to pilates where you need to quickly slip something on. Truly winter would be nothing without them.

Quince Cashmere Baseball Cap: This might not be the warmest option, but it is definitely one of the cutest. If you are a big fan of baseball caps, but tend to feel like the wind is blowing right through your trucker, this might be a perfect accessory for you. The cashmere makes the hat insulated but can also be good for traveling from a chilly place to a warm one, without having to sacrifice comfort.

Alo Foxy Sherpa Tote: This tote from Alo is just too cute to pass up, but it feels like the only appropriate time to wear this is during the winter. The large capacity tote is perfect for walking through the snow as this plush bag is made with the same durable and snow resistant material that our hats and jackets are made with. If you have Alo's sherpa jacket, make it a set with this bag!

Kilo Beige Scarf: There's nothing cuter and cozier than a warm scarf to complete any winter outfit. This one from Kilo is complete with totally faux fur, while still giving a "mob wife" and luxurious look. Not to mention, the scarf is thick and makes a perfect knot to add to a nice structure of the piece. You can't miss out on this one!

Acne Studios Mohair Checked Scarf: This scarf is arguably one of winter's trendiest pieces to date. Although the price point seems a little steep, for a designer scarf that is thick, and will last a lifetime, we can use our girl math. The brand has been relevant for years, but with Kylie Jenner and Charli XCX at the forefront of their most recent campaigns accessories from Acne are hard to miss.

Anthropologie Sweater Cable Knit Socks: These cable knit socks are an amazing staple for the winter. This will give you a cozy, clean look, and you can pair these with mini boots for a cute layering moment. These socks are thick to keep your toes nice and toasty on a cold winter day, because lets face it - sometimes boots or shoes just don't do your feet justice.

Calzedonia Sheer Effect Thermal Tights: Tights are a must this winter with the micro short trend in full swing, and not slowing down anytime soon. These thermals are meant to keep your legs warm under a shorter outfit, so you can go into the cold no problem in any outfit. The best part about Calzedonia is the sheer effect giving these tights the illusion that there is no thermal lining, and "it-girl" Hailey Bieber swears by these.
