One of my biggest goals this new year is to amplify myself professionally. Outside of setting goals to grow as a writer and individual, this also means connecting more with new networks and communities to learn new skills.
The key to growing is showing up with confidence, and nothing makes me feel more confident than a nice blazer. Whether that's a classic jacket or a fun twist with different colors and patterns, blazers are so versatile and easily a wardrobe staple that can be styled either for professional looks or just as a layer to an everyday outfit.

Pinstripe Suit Jacket - There is so much to admire about this blazer. The pinstripe pattern, the burgundy, the sleek tailoring—it's the perfect trendy and chic blazer. While it may seem like a more formal jacket, there are definitely some great ways to dress it down. It could be layered over a hoodie, or worn as an oversized jacket with a dress or skirt. It’s so versatile and easily wearable with many looks.
Micro-Houndstooth Suit Jacket - Seeing as how browns have been a wardrobe staple for the last year, we had to include a classic brown blazer. The more relaxed fit on this one makes it perfect for a casual look. We love pairing browns with denim and some nice sneakers and tote bags.
Cropped Jacket With Buttons - As much as I love an oversized layer from blazers, being a petite woman styling oversized clothes can get tricky. I love using cropped jackets and blazers for many different reasons. One, it works better with the proportions of my body, and two most cropped jackets are meant to hit at the waist, which can make for a much more flattering silhouette.
Long Buttoned Waistcoat - Though this isn’t a traditional blazer, the waistcoat is still a fun take on that style. And of course, what's not to love about this? If you walk into your next corporate meeting with this, be prepared to be overtaken with confidence like you’ve never felt before.
Pink Fitted Suit Jacket - Though blazers are traditionally a more masculine outfit, there are so many ways to add that strong feminine touch to it. This soft pink color adds a daintiness to it that still has a sense of confidence. It’s the perfect balance for a bold and feminine look.
Black Fitted Suit Jacket - A more classic blazer. A simple black blazer is so versatile and can be styled in literally any way. We love the clean tailoring of this one with a more regular fit. It’s perfect for any look.
Straight-Fit Micro-Houndstooth Jacket - This blazer feels like a hybrid between a blazer and tweed coat. For this reason, we love styling this with a winter look—think turtlenecks, knee high boots and more muted winter colors.
