As we’re entering a new season, many of us are feeling the need to refresh. Whether that's refreshing our style or our space, we’re embracing this new time of change with a new set of favorites. We’ve covered numerous articles on fashion trends and home decor, talking about what people are bringing into this new season. After all our research, our editors have rounded up their favorites for this month and here’s what we’ve picked out for you.
Rectangular watches
Watches are an underrated piece of jewelry. They’re so simple and sophisticated and make for an elegant addition to any outfit. Our editors are loving watches with a rectangular dial this season. They create such a clean look around your wrist. A classic watch is one of my favorite ways to dress up a simple and casual outfit.
Dainty jewelry
Dainty jewelry is always a timeless way to accessorize any outfit. I’m personally a fan of the minimalist aesthetic and always feel like less it more. Even if you do like more, there’s always room to stack pieces when they’re super small and dainty. One of our favorite stacks is with a simple chain and then a statement pendant like these two from Mejuri and Neiman Marcus.
Adidas Gazelles
Sambas had their moment this year. While I do love the classic pair of sneakers, another alternative to switch up the style a bit more is their Gazelles. These pair so well with almost any outfit and come in a wide range of colors so you can have multiple you rotate between for outfits. I love pairing these with jeans or even as an accessory to dress down a skirt or a dress.
New Balance 990v4
If you're looking for more everyday trainers as opposed to dressy sneakers, the New Balance Made in the USA 990v4 shoes are a great option. They're a classic chunky sneaker that go with any casual look. It's great if you're just out running errands or even at the gym.
Levi’s Ribcage Jeans
A nice flared or baggy pair of jeans is a favorite amongst many of our editors. These Levi’s ribcage jeans will be a favorite for your fall outfit rotation. They’re a good balance between having some that is more fitted in some areas and more baggy in others. It’s tailored in a way that makes it super flattering and elongates your legs more. These would pair well with your favorite sweaters this season.
L.L. Bean Birkenstock Boston Clogs
While we do love chic style for this season, fall fashion is also about comfort. These Boston clogs are a great fall casual shoe. They’re great and easy to slip on when you need to run out for errands or dress down a comfy outfit for fall hangouts with close friends.

Sticking with comfort and style, these elastic waist dress pants are the perfect combination of both. The woven fabric is stretchy and comfortable while still looking very clean and classy. This can easily be dressed up for a more formal look. Aside from an every day dress pant you can wear to work, this might also make for a good outfit for Thanksgiving dinner that's both comfy and elegant.

Our favorite scent this month is the Blood Orange and Conifer blend. It’s a great balance between the bright citrus and the spiced earthiness from the herb oil mixed in. Essential oils and aromatherapy bring calmness into my space, and this seasonal scent is one of our favorites for that.

If you're not quite ready to commit to a diffuser, I love candles as an alternative. Diptyque candles are known for their high quality scents. This sandalwood scented candle is a great scent to adorn your home in the fall months. It's earthy and rich, creating a calm forest like atmosphere. You can definitely expect our editors to light this on a relaxing night with some tea brewing and a nice book on the couch.

My favorite thing to do in the fall is bring out the blankets, open up the snacks and curl up with a good movie. This woven blanket is a comfy companion for your movie nights or even just a nice decoration for your couch. Aside from the cute and colorful designs, the blankets much lighter than your average throw so it's easy to carry around and pretty high quality to keep you warm.
